In case you encounter any glitches or problems, here are a few tips:
- Can’t join the lecture? No worries! We record all our live lectures so you can catch up on the information later at your convenience.
- If you’re asked for a meeting ID to join the meeting, something has gone wrong. At Counselling Tutor, we do not use meeting IDs, and you’ll never need one. Double-check that you have the correct day and time for the lecture. If it’s the right time, try closing the browser window that prompts for the ID and click the lecture link in your email again. If that doesn’t work, restart your computer or device and try clicking the link in your email once more.
- Trouble downloading the Zoom app? Ensure that you grant permission for the program to connect to the internet. You’ll need to download a small application to use Zoom on your device, but it’s free and takes only a few seconds to download. If you have a slow internet connection, it may take a little longer, so please be patient.
- Unable to download the Zoom app? It could be because your computer or device is running an outdated operating system. Please refer to the system requirements outlined in the ZOOM support article at Zoom Support.
