How to Request an Invoice

To update your card details or download your invoices for Counsellor Study Resource (CSR) or Counsellor CPD, or our Courses please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CSR / Counsellor CPD using your account credentials.
  2. Go to the “My Account” section and navigate to “Manage Subscriptions, Add or Update Card Details.”
  3. You will be redirected to the Customer Portal page. Enter the email address associated with your CSR subscription or the email address linked to the card you use for payment.
  4. Check your email inbox for a message from support@spiffy.co. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.
  5. Open the email and click on the magic link provided. This will take you to the Customer Account Management page.
  6. On the Customer Account Management page, you will find the option to download your invoices.

If you do not see the “Manage Subscriptions, Add or Update Card Details” option or encounter any issues while attempting to download your invoices, please reach out to our support team at support@counsellingtutor.com. They will assist you in resolving the problem and provide further guidance.
