How to get an Invoice / Receipt in Counsellor CPD

To manage your subscription and update card details in the CPD Library, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the CPD Library platform using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the “My Account” section and select “Manage Subscriptions, Add or Update Card Details”.
  3. You will be redirected to the Customer Portal page. Enter the email address associated with your CPD Library subscription or the email address associated with the card you use for payment.
  4. Check your inbox for an email from support@spiffy.co. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Open the email and click on the magic link provided. This will take you to the Customer Account Management page.
  6. On the Customer Account Management page, you will find the option to download your invoices.
