If you forgot to claim a certificate for a lecture you previously completed and would like to claim it now, follow these steps:
- Login to CSR.
- On your dashboard, you will see the list of “New Lectures Coming Soon” and “Recently Added Lectures.” If the lecture you need is in the “Recently Added Lectures” list, click on it. Otherwise, use one of the following methods:
- Method 1: Use the search field at the top of the page. Enter the lecture name and click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search.
- Method 2: Click on “CPD Lectures” at the top of the page or on the left sidebar. Scroll through the list of lectures to find the one you need.
- Access the Lecture: Once you have found the lecture, open it. You can watch or re-watch the lecture and consume any available learning materials.
- Claim the Certificate: Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Certifications section. Click on the lecture title, then follow steps 3-5 mentioned above to claim the certificate.
