To claim your CPD certificate on Counsellor CPD, please follow these steps:
- Login to Counsellor CPD using your credentials.
- On your dashboard, you will find a list of “New Lectures Coming Soon” and “Recently Added Lectures.” If the lecture you need is in the “Recently Added Lectures” list, click on it. If not, you can use one of the following methods:
- Method 1: Utilize the search field located at the top of the page. Enter the name of the lecture you want to claim the certificate for and click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search.
- Method 2: Click on “CPD Lectures” either at the top of the page or on the left sidebar. Browse through the list of lectures until you find the one you need.
- Access the Lecture: Once you have located the lecture, click on it to open the content. You will have the option to watch or re-watch the lecture and access any additional learning materials available.
- Claim the Certificate: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the Certifications section. Click on the title of the lecture to open the certificate. Follow the provided instructions to claim your certificate.
