Changing Email Address

If you need to change the email address associated with your course, please be aware that this action will reset your course progress. Any completion status you had will be lost, and when you log in using the new email address, the modules will appear as if you have not completed them yet.

To complete the email switch, follow these steps specifically for the Online and Telephone Counselling course:

  1. Open each topic under each module.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of each topic and click “Mark Complete.”
  3. Once you have marked all the topics in a module as “Complete,” you will then see the module quiz at the bottom of the page.
  4. Answer the quiz questions and click “Next” to move to the next module.

The module quiz is not timed, so you can take as much time as you need to answer the questions. If needed, you can retake the quiz as many times as necessary to pass.

Repeat the “Mark Complete” process for each module until you reach the part of the course where you were when using the old email address. This activity will successfully complete the email switch.

Please note that the same process applies to the Intro course in Online and Telephone Counselling.

By following these steps, you will ensure that your course progress is updated with the new email address, allowing you to continue your learning with the correct credentials.
