We understand that some members may request to pause their subscription temporarily and reactivate it when they are ready. However, the option to pause your subscription is currently not available.

Instead, you have the option to cancel your subscription and rejoin when you are ready using the same email address. This way, your account will remain intact, and you can pick up where you left off.

Before proceeding with cancellation, we strongly recommend that you download all your CPD certificates. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to these certificates.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, rest assured that when you’re ready to rejoin, you can simply use the same email address to regain access to your existing account and continue your learning journey.
