Accessing Courses

If you’ve purchased a course, you should be able to access it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Counsellor CPD account.
  2. On the left-hand menu, click on “My Courses”.
  3. This will take you to the course dashboard, where you will find a list of the courses you have purchased.
  4. Select the specific course you want to access by clicking on its title or the corresponding button.
  5. You should now have access to the course materials, including videos, lectures, resources, and any other content associated with the course.

If you are unable to access the course after following these steps, please ensure that you are logged in with the correct account and that you have completed the purchase process successfully.

If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact the support team at support@counsellingtutor.com for further assistance. They will be able to troubleshoot the issue and provide you with the necessary support to access your purchased course.
