Failed Payments

We understand that payment issues can arise, and we want to help you resolve them. If your payment fails for your CSR or CPD Library subscription, please take the following steps:

  1. Check that the card on file is active and has sufficient funds. Ensure that there are no issues with the card, such as expiration or incorrect details. If needed, coordinate with your bank for any necessary authentication.
  2. If you need to update your card on file, please visit this link for a video guide on how to update your card: Updating Your Card Guide. If the video is not applicable to your situation, please reach out to our support team at support@counsellingtutor.com for further assistance.
  3. In case of a failed payment, our system will make several more attempts to charge your card. Each time a payment fails, you will receive a system-generated email informing you of the situation.
  4. After four failed payment attempts, your CSR or CPD Library subscription will be automatically cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email regarding this issue. You are welcome to rejoin the subscription when you are ready to continue.
